What to include in your message

To help us respond quickly and accurately, please include the following depending on your enquiry type:

• Tool questions: The name of the calculator you used, the inputs you entered, and the result you received or expected.
• Formula corrections: The specific tool URL, the formula as displayed, and the correction with a source reference (e.g. official lender documentation or a recognised financial standard).
• Content corrections: The page URL, the incorrect text, and the correct version with a source.
• Advertising enquiries: Your company name, the type of placement you are interested in, and your target audience or geographic focus.
• Partnership proposals: A brief description of your product or service, the nature of the proposed arrangement, and your contact details.

Calculator accuracy and results

All CalcBix calculators produce estimates based on the inputs you provide. Results are intended for planning and educational purposes only — they are not a substitute for advice from a qualified financial adviser, accountant, mortgage broker, or tax professional. If a result looks unexpected, double-check that your inputs use the correct units (e.g. annual rate entered as a percentage, not a decimal). If you believe a formula is incorrect, please report it at support@calcbix.com and we will investigate and update promptly.

Response times

We aim to respond to all enquiries within two business days. Formula corrections and tool bugs are treated as high priority and are typically reviewed within one business day. Advertising and partnership enquiries may take up to five business days depending on volume.
